<h2>Anti-Aging Skin Care Tips for Baby Boomers: Do You Look and Feel as Old as the Calendar Says?   by Lisa Ruby</h2>
<p>If you are like me, born between the years of 1946-1963, we all belong to the same club. We are the post-World War II Baby Boomers. Here are some great anti-aging skin care tips that will keep you looking like you belong to the Generation X (1965-1984) instead.</p>
<p>Do a little bit of research and you will find that boomers are often referred to as the generation who rejected or redefined what our parents considered traditional values. As a group we were raised with the idea that the world will be a better place as a result of our contributions.
<p>In order to contribute, you have to be able to function. So, the first tip is always getting enough sleep. Most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep and the older you get the less time one tends to spend in the stage of sleep known as deep sleep. Due to the fact that we don&#8217;t sleep as deeply, we are also more likely to be awakened. So, make adjustments to your daily schedule and sleeping area to allow yourself a good night&#8217;s sleep.
<p>Next, on the list is diet and exercise. While eating healthy and exercising can be boring and time consuming, together they are two of the most important things one can do to improve the way you look and feel. Review and observe the food pyramid when making food choices. Then, allow twenty minutes, three times a week, to exercise.
<p>Now, we get to the third tip. We have heard a lot in the media about the large number of boomers entering retirement. Over the years, there have been a lot of references to the success, values and the technical and cultural changes that have occurred due to our generation&#8217;s contributions.
<p>At this points in our lives, its time to take some of that technological know how and apply it literally to ourselves.
<p>If you are serious about improving or regaining your younger self, there are lots of choices. A trip to any local pharmacy, physician or day spa will present you with hundreds of choices of products promising <a target="_new" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.anti-aging-skin-products-site.com/">Anti Aging</a><br />skin care solutions. All of these products claim to have ingredients to improve your looks.
